1. Who we are

These terms apply to the GRNN TRADING members platform, including its live charts, automated signals, trade log, P&L calendar, community and macro content ("the Service"), provided by GRNN TRADING, [address], contact [email] ("we", "us").

2. What the Service is

The Service is web software for charting, analysis and education. It is not financial, investment or trading advice, and we are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to give such advice. Nothing we provide is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You make your own decisions and are solely responsible for your trades, risk and compliance with any broker or prop-firm rules.

3. Risk

Trading forex, gold, CFDs and other leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money quickly and may not be suitable for you. Results shown on the site, in the signal engine or in the trade log are historical, may exclude spread and commission, and do not guarantee future results. Only trade money you can afford to lose.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Plans are paid in advance through [payment provider, e.g. Whop] at the price shown at checkout: monthly (£80) and annual (£800) plans renew automatically until cancelled; lifetime (£999) is a one-off payment giving access for as long as the platform operates. 5. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service while your membership is active (for lifetime members, for as long as the platform operates). You may not share your login, or resell, copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or redistribute the platform, its signals or paid content. Community posts must be lawful and respectful and must not promote other paid services. We may remove access if these terms are broken.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Market data and news come from third-party providers outside our control.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
